About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team at AMA Café. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest has a pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.

• Serve dishes and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.

• Respond promptly to guest queries, feedback, or special requests.

• Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.

• Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests leave.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setup.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

• A positive, customer-friendly attitude and professional grooming.
