Staff Supervision:

Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor, order, and manage stock of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; report needed equipment repairs/replacements.
Guest Services:
Handle guest requests, resolve complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation policies, including proper chemical use and waste handling (especially in healthcare settings).
Reporting:
Maintain daily logs, track performance metrics, and communicate operational status to management.
