Position: Restaurant Manager
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Andheri west, Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate in Hotel Management
Operational Management: Ensure efficient restaurant operations, maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including cooks and wait staff. Schedule employees and manage their performance.
Customer Service: Interact with customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience, handle complaints, and gather feedback for improvement.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast requirements, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and customers.
Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to plan menus, estimate food costs, and adjust offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
