Job Description

shift manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations during the assigned shift, leading and supervision team members, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene, managing inventory and cash, and ensuring compliance with company sops and targets.

Assistant restaurant manager supports the restaurant manager in daily operations, supervises team member and shift manager, monitors sales and inventory, ensure food safety and customer satisfaction, support staff training and scheduling, and help achieve restaurant performance targets.
