Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure service excellence.
Lead, train, and support the service team during shifts.
Greet and interact with guests professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
Manage table allocations, guest flow, and seating arrangements.
Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests effectively.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Conduct daily staff briefings and assign shift responsibilities.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the café.
Monitor inventory of service items and coordinate replenishment.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
1–4 years of experience in a similar role (Restaurant Captain / Shift Leader / Senior Steward).
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Excellent customer service and team-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak hours.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and POS operations.
Presentable, polite, and proactive work approach.
