The role involves assisting chefs in preparing authentic Bengali dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth daily operations.No prior experience is required — we provide full training and growth opportunities in the food industry.---Key Responsibilities:Assist chefs in preparing traditional Bengali dishes such as Basanti Polao, Chicken Dak Banglow, Mutton Curry, Bhapa Bhetki, and other menu items.Wash, clean, and cut vegetables, fish, and meat as instructed by the chef.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area throughout all shifts.Wash utensils, cooking tools, and containers properly after each use.Help with food packing, portioning, labeling, and sealing for delivery orders.Receive and organize deliveries of raw materials and kitchen supplies.Ensure proper storage of ingredients and maintain freshness.Assist chefs during rush hours and in pre-preparation before busy shifts.Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly and maintain sanitation standards.Follow FSSAI food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.---Requirements:Fresher welcome – no prior experience required (training will be provided).Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices in a kitchen.Physically fit and comfortable working long hours or standing for extended periods.Willingness to work rotational and night shifts in a 24-hour operation.Eager to learn Bengali cuisine and kitchen operations.Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.---Education:Minimum 10th pass (preferred, not mandatory)---Benefits:On-the-job training in authentic Bengali cuisine.Free staff meals during working hours.Uniform and hygiene gear provided by Panch Foron.Overtime allowance for extended shifts.Opportunities for career growth to Kitchen Assistant or Commis level.Supportive and friendly team environment.
