Position: Cook & Cart Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our street food cart business. The food will be pre-prepared by us, your main job will be to help with basic setup, prepare final servings, and interact with customers for selling. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a lively market environment and talking to people.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the food cart each day before opening.

• Handle and serve pre-prepared food hygienically.

• Ensure cleanliness and basic hygiene of the cart and workspace.

• Interact with customers politely and help them with their orders.

• Help pack up the cart at the end of the day.
  

  Requirements:

• Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene.

• Previous experience in street food or cart-based setups is a plus.

• Good communication skills (basic Hindi or local language).

• Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
  
  Timings:
  Approximately 5–6 hours/day (evening)

जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• हर दिन ठेले की शुरुआत में सेटअप करना।

• तैयार किए गए खाने को साफ-सुथरे तरीके से परोसना।

• ठेले की सफाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना।

• ग्राहकों से अच्छा व्यवहार करना और उन्हें ऑर्डर में मदद करना।

• दिन खत्म होने पर ठेले को पैक करने में मदद करना।

आवश्यकताएँ:

• खाने की हाइजीन और हैंडलिंग की बेसिक जानकारी।

• स्ट्रीट फूड या ठेले पर काम का अनुभव होना फायदेमंद रहेगा।

• अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स (बेसिक हिंदी या लोकल भाषा)।

• ईमानदार, समय के पाबंद और मेहनती हों।
