Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to onboard retailers onto our B2C eCommerce platform. The role involves visiting retail stores, demonstrating the platform, and assisting sellers with onboarding and product listing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential retailers for onboarding
Give product demos and explain platform benefits
Assist retailers with registration and onboarding process
Support in product catalog upload and listing management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets
Provide feedback from the market to improve platform performance

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months–2 years of field sales experience (preferably in eCommerce/FMCG)
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field travel and meeting clients
Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and product uploads
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
