Job in Brief: We are hiring a Kitchen Helper to support daily operations for a Café at Baner by maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs, and ensuring hygiene in the kitchen. This role is ideal for a person who may not have any formal education but has minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping / cleaning services / kitchen work.

Shift  Timings:

Working days : Weekends are working and rotational weekly off will be given on any week-day from Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

l    Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, fixtures & fittings

l    Clean counters, sinks, kitchen areas, kitchen floor  as per needs  

l    Assist with vegetable washing, cutting and supporting for making preparation of ingredients for making any dish

l   Take out kitchen waste and dispose of as per safety standards and guidelines and maintain hygiene

l   Assist during peak hours as needed, coordinate with service staff to ensure cleanliness and smooth kitchen-to-table workflow

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
