Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting cold calling, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Perform initial screening to assess candidate suitability
Cold Calling & Follow-ups
Conduct cold calling to potential candidates
Maintain regular follow-ups and engagement with shortlisted candidates
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Ensure smooth communication and timely updates
Documentation & Record Keeping
Collect and verify candidate documents
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure proper documentation for onboarding
Coordination
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for interview feedback and closure
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
