We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Video Editor with a passion for content creation. This role requires a creative individual with the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video shooting and editing, without relying on industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve

Responsibilities

Edit raw footage to create compelling and engaging video content for a variety of platforms (social media, website, etc.).

Collaborate with content creators and team members to understand the vision and goals of each project.

Have hands-on knowledge of shooting videos, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.

Apply basic color correction, audio adjustments, and visual enhancements to produce polished videos.

Ensure all videos are optimized for the target platform, whether it be social media, YouTube, or internal use.

Maintain and organize video files and footage for easy access and collaboration.

Understand the core principles of content strategy and apply them in video creation.
