Age between : 20 to 50 years

Experience: 3 to 5 years (As a trainer in IOCL or HPCL or BPCL or any other relevant oil company)

Domain Expertise: Behavioural Soft Skill, Promotion of Sales - Conducting training for IOCL /HPCL/BPCL Customer Attendants at the Petrol Pumps which include behavioral soft skill training, promotion of sales of premium products and safety measures.

Qualification : Must be graduate in any discipline

Other Expertise: Knowledge of computer and power point presentation & IOCL Sampark App, excel is a must. Candidate should possess good communication skill. & ready to travel extensively.

Area of operation : Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, and Tripura

Knowledge of local language : Training has to be imparted in local language. So require full command in local language (Read, write, speak)

Remuneration: The remuneration will be decided for deserving candidates after screening.
