Job Summary:
The Training and Documentation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs and documentation that support the company’s operations, customer service, and product knowledge. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure all employees have the resources and skills needed to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

• Create clear, concise, and user-friendly training materials, including manuals, guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and e-learning content.

• Update and maintain training resources to ensure they are current with company standards, products, and industry regulations.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify areas where training is needed and develop solutions to meet those needs.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements where necessary.

• Provide ongoing support to employees, answering questions and offering guidance on best practices.

• Assist in onboarding new hires by introducing them to company policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Track training progress and ensure all staff members are up-to-date with mandatory certifications and training programs.

• Maintain a repository of training and reference materials for easy access by all staff members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, particularly in safety and operational practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience in a training or instructional design role, ideally within an automotive, service, or related industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in creating, editing, and organizing training documentation and materials.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A passion for helping others learn and develop professionally.
