Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Bringing in sales.

2. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

3. Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards

4. Call Center Sales

5. Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone in order to persuade them to buy any product.

Previous Experience of Call Center Sales (Any Product), selling Holiday Packages is an added advantage

● Should be very dynamic

● Aggressive in his work and sales approach

● Needs to have good communication skills

● Preference if the candidate has experience of retail counter sales/hospitality etc

● Needs to be flexible in terms of extended working hours

Designation : Customer Relationship Executive

Location : Lower Parel

Working Days : 1 Rotational week off
