🎯 What You Will Be Doing (Job Role)

As a Travel Consultant with ExploreKey Holidays, your work will include:

• Calling and following up with trip enquiries

• Explaining tour packages and pricing to customers

• Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Handling customer communication through WhatsApp and phone calls

• Coordinating with drivers, hotels, and vendors

• Managing daily leads and reporting

• Providing excellent customer support throughout the trip

You will be the face of ExploreKey Holidays for our customers.

🏆 Training & Selection Process (2 Rounds)

1️⃣ Phone Interview

We will check your communication skills and positive attitude.

2️⃣ 45-Days Free Workshop

Selected candidates will attend a 45 days training session with our team where you will learn:

• How the tourism business works

• How to speak confidently with customers

• Sales and conversion techniques

• How to use WhatsApp as a professional tool

• Tour planning and coordination skills

📌 Free Benefits During Workshop

• 3 times food (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)

• Daily practical learning with the team

At the end of 45 days, there will be a small skill test.

Candidates who pass the test will be officially hired.

💰 Salary + Incentive (After Selection)

Once confirmed as an employee:

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

• Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
  ✔ Total Earning Potential: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
