The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, closing sales where applicable, and maintaining accurate call records. This role requires clear communication, consistency, and the ability to handle rejection without excuses.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers as per assigned dataHandle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionallyExplain company products/services clearly and confidentlyFollow call scripts, but adapt naturally when requiredGenerate leads, schedule follow-ups, and close sales (if sales role)Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomesAchieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targetsHandle objections and customer complaints calmly and logically
