We are looking for a Tele sales Executive . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary can go from 15000 - 25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain and promote products/services, addressing customer needs and objections.

• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and offerings.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Record customer information accurately in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

• Provide feedback to the team and suggest process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
