Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers interested in car care services
• Explain services such as PPF, Ceramic Coating, Detailing, and Window Tinting clearly to customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car protection packages
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments / sales
• Maintain accurate customer details and follow-ups in CRM or records
• Coordinate with the operations team for slot booking and service scheduling
• Achieve daily and monthly sales and conversion targets
• Address customer queries, objections, and basic after-service follow-ups
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6 months – 3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / customer support
• Excellent communication skills in English (regional language is an added advantage)
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of automobiles or interest in car care services (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Preferred Skills
• Experience in automotive, car accessories, car detailing, or service advisory roles
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
