Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals about online / distance learning programs offered by UNext partner universities.
Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective students.
Understand student needs and recommend the right course/program.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, admission process, and career outcomes.
Follow up with leads provided by the company (no cold calling usually).
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments (sales-oriented role).
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language).
Convincing and sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle pressure and targets.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calls).
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Experience in EdTech, sales, counseling, BPO, or telesales is a plus.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
