Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services and offerings.

· Understand customer needs and pitch relevant services effectively.

· Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

· Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers.

· Follow up with leads and ensure regular engagement.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

· Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.

· Provide accurate and timely reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

· Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the service or consulting industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

· Target-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.

· Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
