Job Description

We are looking for (0-3 years) Data Entry Operators/Accountant for the position of Jr. Accountant for our Head office at Jaipur. He shall be responsible for the following works at Site:

Computer Proficient specially in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Working knowledge of Tally for Invoice entries on Regular Basis, Journal entries, Managing daily works at office.
Knowledge of routine Bank related works like cheque depositing, etc.
Checking/ Verification of invoices of Raw Materials from Contractors, Suppliers, Etc.
Proficiency in English, like checking mails/ drafting letters to the clients. Following up with staff and customers.
Carrying out Layout as per the Drawings and Specifications.
Accounts Management/ Support to the Senior Engineers/ Management for all accounts works.
Various Other Day-To-Day office Activities as per the guidance of the Management.
Conduct Control checks to ensure regular tax compliances.
