We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Kannada-speaking Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and providing information about our products/services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Kannada and explain company products/services.

• Handle incoming calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales or support team to resolve customer issues.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
