Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Conversion:

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about jewelry products and services.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into satisfied customers.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to address customer inquiries, confirm details, and secure sales.

• Product Expertise & Customer Service:

  • Provide detailed information about jewelry collections, including specific details on gemstones, metals, and styles.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer personalized recommendations for jewelry pieces.

  • Handle customer grievances and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Relationship Building:

  • Nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Keep customers informed about new product launches, promotions, and current industry trends.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Process orders and payments accurately.

  • Liaise with other departments regarding customer issues or special requests. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for roles in the luxury or any retail sectors.

• Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is often considered a plus.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.

• Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of jewelry products, gemstones, metals, and current industry trends.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Sales Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, and time management skills.

• Personal Attributes: Patience, a cool-tempered nature to handle rejection, empathy, a customer-first attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
