We are looking for a Supply Executive to join our team at Installco Wify Technology Private Limited. The role involves hiring, onboarding, and managing technicians to ensure smooth supply operations and fulfillment. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 + performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and onboard technicians as per city and category requirements.
Manage referral sourcing and local hiring channels.
Coordinate training schedules and ensure technician activation.
Maintain accurate hiring and performance data in spreadsheets and systems.
Track technician compliance, documentation, and deployment status.
Coordinate with city and category teams to meet supply targets.
Generate reports and updates to support operational decision-making.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass / Graduate with 6 months – 2 years of experience.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in operations, hiring, or field coordination will be preferred.
