Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Diagnostic Services

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Tele Sales Executive with experience in inside sales/telecalling, preferably in the diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to diagnostic services or clinical environments (such as working with doctors, clinics, or pathology labs) and the ability to effectively communicate with patients to drive bookings and ensure a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with qualified leads via calls and promote diagnostic services to convert them into confirmed bookings

• Manage end-to-end diagnostic test bookings with accuracy and timely coordination

• Contact patients before scheduled sample collection to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions

• Coordinate with internal teams and patients to ensure smooth service delivery

• Conduct follow-ups with existing customers for repeat tests (e.g., LFT, KFT, CBC, Thyroid, etc.)

• Educate patients about the importance and benefits of regular diagnostic testing

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively

• Build strong relationships with patients to drive repeat business and customer retention

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in inside sales / tele sales (preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical services)

• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tests (LFT, KFT, CBC, Thyroid, etc.)

• Ability to explain medical-related information in a simple and clear manner

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales

• Prior experience working in diagnostic labs, clinics, or hospitals

• Candidates who have worked as clinic assistants, compounders, lab assistants, phlebotomists, OPD coordinators, or medical receptionists will be highly preferred

• Experience in handling patient interactions and appointment coordination

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
