Job Position: Telesales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into paid memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Explain our matrimonial services, benefits, and packages clearly and confidently.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate membership plans.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into paid clients.
Maintain a daily log of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Build a rapport with customers to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in telesales & telemarketing is a plus.
Married Females are highly preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in [English / Hindi / Kannada / Telugu / Tamil.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Strong listening skills and empathy toward client needs.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM / One-day week off every week
