### Job Summary

NetTech India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive / Tele Counsellor to handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel prospective students, and convert leads into admissions. We are looking for committed candidates seeking a long-term career opportunity.

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

• Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.

• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.

• Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve assigned targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.

• Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

### Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Counselling, or a similar role.

Freshers are not eligible.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Candidates looking for long-term employment are preferred.

### Salary

₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA (₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month)

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
