NetTech India is looking for a passionate, target-driven, and experienced Senior Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling, sales, and team-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and student inquiries.
Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Handle and guide the counselling team.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 1 to 10+ years in EdTech Sales/Education Counselling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Good team handling and management skills.

Salary

₹2.0 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (Best in the market based on experience).
