Job Description: Inside Sales Role - Retail Sales Advisor (Telesales)

Min 1 yr experience in current organisation is mandatory

Graduation mandatory (without KT, all mark sheets and degree)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (4th and 5th Saturdays are working)

Working Hours: 8.5-hour shift (Login between 9 AM - 10:30 AM, Log-out between 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM)

Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will help clients with 1 yr of advisory subscription plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 100-150 calls daily.

2. Talk time of 3.5 hours.

3. Find at least 1 new prospect daily.

4. Meet daily tasks and achieve weekly/monthly goals.

Requirements:

• Great communication skills.

• Strong selling and persuading abilities.

• Good understanding of our products.

• Ability to plan and manage daily calls to meet targets.

• Stay updated on news and events in the equity market
