Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to domestic tour packages, especially Char Dham Yatra, Spiti Valley, Kashmir, Manali, Ladakh, and other popular destinations.
Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up.
Explain tour itineraries, hotel options, transportation, inclusions/exclusions, and pricing to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages based on budget and preferences.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer updates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM or Excel.
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
