Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Travel Consultants/Sales Executives.
Monitor daily sales performance, follow-ups, and conversions.
Guide the team in selling domestic tour packages such as Char Dham, Spiti Valley, Kashmir, Manali, Ladakh, and other holiday destinations.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, communication, and sales techniques.
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Support team members in handling escalations and closing high-value bookings.
Allocate leads and maintain proper tracking of inquiries and bookings.
Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth execution of confirmed tours.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management.
Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
