Telesales Executive

Chintamani Finlease Limited is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through telecalling, field visits, customer references, and other sales channels.

• Promote loan products, including Loan Against Property (LAP), and explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Identify potential customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable loan products.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Collect, verify, and process customer documents as per company requirements.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure professional customer handling and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
