Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent productivity.

• Maintain and manage sales data accurately for smooth operations and reporting.

• Verify and update client information, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

• Prepare and present performance reports to management for decision-making.

• Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure a high standard of customer service.

• Support administrative activities related to the sales department.

• Ensure all client and company information is handled with confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 2 – 5 years of experience in telesales or call center operations, including team handling experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment.
