Telecalling Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage, guide, and support a team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The role involves overseeing team performance, providing mentorship, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and guide team members to achieve individual and team goals.

• Plan and allocate daily work tasks based on project or business priorities.

• Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.

• Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Provide training and continuous coaching to improve team efficiency and morale.

• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and timelines.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in •Business Administration, Management, or a related field••.

• 2–4 years of total work experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
