Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introduce them to real estate offerings, and gauge their interest.

• Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters.

• Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to qualify leads and direct them to appropriate property options.

• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads.

• Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed.

• Maintain Database: Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems.

• Sales Support: Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions.

• Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships.
