Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering a positive service experience. This is a work-from-office role based in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clarity and professionalism.

  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely solutions.

  • Maintain and update customer information in the system.

  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.

  • Meet performance targets related to call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure closure of customer concerns.

Requirements

  • English fluency is mandatory, along with Hindi OR Kannada.
