Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our fundraising team as Outbound Telecallers. In this role, you will contact potential donors over the phone, share our NGO's mission and work, and encourage them to contribute towards our cause. Your communication skills, empathy, and persuasion abilities will play a crucial role in helping us raise funds to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to individuals using provided leads or databases.

• Introduce the NGO, its campaigns, and the impact of donor contributions.

• Convince potential donors to support the cause through financial contributions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, donor interactions, and pledges using CRM tools.

• Follow up with interested leads and ensure donor satisfaction.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.

• Handle objections and answer donor queries in a professional manner.

• Provide timely reports and updates to the team leader/supervisor.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
