Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive Telesales Executive (Female) to join our photography studio team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting photography services (such as wedding shoots, portrait sessions, event coverage, and studio packages), and converting leads into bookings. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for photography, and a flair for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or cold call lists.

Explain photography packages and promotions (e.g. weddings, family shoots, baby photoshoots, corporate events).

Answer inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.

Follow up with interested clients via calls, messages, or emails.

Book appointments and coordinate with the photography team for scheduling.

Maintain a database of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM or spreadsheets.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in [language(s)].

Basic knowledge of photography services and terminology is a plus.

Friendly, polite, and confident phone manner.
