Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in real estate plot sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into site visits and sales
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Maintain and update customer database
Explain pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
Coordinate with sales team for site visits and closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong customer relationships and trust

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience in real estate tele sales (plots preferred)
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and self-motivated
