Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive

Location: Lucknow

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls on cold calling data/ potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Inform customers about product features, pricing, and benefits.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain an updated database of customer information.

• Follow up on leads and close sales.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate /diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Marketing, or related field is a plus.

• Previous experience in telesales or a related role.

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.
