We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller Outbound to bring their Loan/ Credit Card expertise to our team at Fins Omniz India Private Limited in Agra, Sikandra Bodla Road. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹8000 - ₹17000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
  • Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
  • Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

  • Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
