Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about company products or services.
Answer questions about products, pricing, and company details.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers.
Maintain records of calls, customer information, and sales in CRM software.
Follow up with interested leads and close sales effectively.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong listening and negotiation skills.
