Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
Introduce event management services and generate leads.
Maintain a list of clients and follow up regularly.
Fix meetings or appointments for the sales/event team.
Maintain proper call records and update client details.
Handle basic client queries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
