We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to make inbound calls to potential and existing customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound calls to prospective customers and explain products
Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information to customers.
Follow up with potential leads and schedule appointments or meetings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
Address customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing leads.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
