Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Student Caller to engage with students through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves providing information about courses, counseling students, generating leads, and guiding them through admission or registration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students regarding training programs, courses, workshops, and career opportunities.

• Handle incoming calls and resolve student queries professionally.

• Explain course details, fees, duration, and benefits clearly.

• Maintain updated student databases and follow up with potential leads.

• Guide students through the admission or enrollment process.

• Coordinate with the counseling and sales teams.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and student-friendly approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
