Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our immigration consultancy. The role involves guiding potential clients about visa services, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in immigration services

Handle inbound inquiries related to visas, PR, work permits, study abroad, etc.

Explain immigration programs, processes, and documentation requirements

Generate and qualify leads for immigration consultants

Schedule appointments for client consultations

Maintain client data and call records in CRM systems

Follow up with clients to ensure engagement and conversion

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
