Telecaller

• Training and guiding will be provided for following :
  
  Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain academy courses.

• Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed course information.

• Follow up with leads via phone/WhatsApp and maintain records.

• Persuade and guide students/parents to take admissions.

• Schedule counseling sessions/demo classes.

• Maintain daily call reports and meet admission targets.
