We are looking for a motivated and student-focused EdTech Counselor to guide learners in choosing the right courses and career paths. The counselor will interact with prospective students, understand their goals, explain EdTech programs, and support them throughout the enrollment process.
Counsel students and working professionals about courses, certifications, and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning programs
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certification value, and career outcomes
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with trainers, operations, and admissions teams
Address student concerns and provide post-enrollment support
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language is a plus)
Strong counseling, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of IT, EdTech, or professional courses preferred
Ability to work with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
Result-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or education sales
Familiarity with IT courses, certifications, or online learning platforms
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
