the retreat by highlighting its unique features.

3. Customer Queries: Address queries and concerns of potential clients. Provide

accurate and detailed information about the retreat, accommodations, schedules,

and any other relevant details.

4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit the

retreat center or to speak with a representative for further clarification.

5. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but

haven't confirmed their participation. Maintain a record of all interactions and update

the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients who have attended the retreat

and provide insights to the management for continuous improvement.

7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the

management.
