Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries for dental equipment.

• Engage with dentists, clinics, and distributors to understand requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, specifications, and pricing effectively to potential customers.

• Generate new leads through prospecting and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Convert leads into orders and meet monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.

• Keep updated with new product launches, offers, and industry trends.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM / sales database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales (experience in dental/medical equipment preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi will be an added advantage).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand technical product details and explain them clearly.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
